AZCAR Moves to Trade on TSX Venture Exchange
MARKHAM, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – March 12, 2010) - Mr. Stephen Pumple, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AZCAR Technologies (TSX:AZZ) confirmed that the Corporation’s shares will be delisted from trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of market on March 12, 2010. Effective at the opening on Monday, March 15, 2010, the common shares of the Corporation will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “AZZ”.
